Grade Promotion and Placement Policy

The Waterville Central School District is sensitive to concerns regarding the criteria used for making student grade promotion and placement decisions. In light of these concerns and in compliance with relevant provisions of the Education Law and Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, the District has adopted Policy 8100, Promotion and Retention of Students and Policy 8101 Grading System. Title I

Waterville CSD is a Title I school. Being a Title I school means receiving federal funding to supplement the school’s existing programs.
