Memorial Park Elementary School 2024-25 Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration for the 2024-25 school year is underway. Children need to be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2024 to be eligible to start school in the fall. Students currently enrolled in UPK classes will still need to register and submit the necessary paperwork.
For all students eligible for kindergarten, parents/guardians will need to email Mary Blunt. She will forward you the enrollment forms. You can then return the enrollment papers to the office with:
- a copy of your child’s most recent immunization record
- proof of residency, and
- a copy of your child’s birth certificate

Kindergarten screening will take place in June. If you are a UPK family, you will still need to sign up for a screening time this year for you and your child to attend.

Waterville Jr./Sr. High School New Student Registration

Simply fill out all of the below forms and either return them to the Junior-Senior High Guidance Office or fax to (315) 841-3839, or email them to mblunt@watervillecsd.org.
